James Harvey Haithcock, 46, of Raleigh, died Thursday, March 5, 1998 at Wake Medical Center.

Mr. Haithcock was born in Raleigh, and has been a lifelong resident. He was a self-employed machinist and was an award winning fabricator/builder of world record setting racing motorcycles.

He is survived by his brother, Roger Haithcock of Raleigh; his sister, Margaret Moore and husband, Jim of Raleigh..
